Our Inner Light
November & December
Celebrate the beauty of your inner light in our “Inner Light Workshop“, a heart-warming gathering designed to inspire and uplift during the darkest season. Through storytelling and singing, we’ll explore themes of hope, resilience, and kindness. Participants will craft their own paper lanterns, symbolizing the light within, and, weather permitting, we’ll embark on an outdoor walk to carry our lanterns into the night. This workshop is a joyful celebration of warmth, connection, and the power of bringing our light forward.
Roots & Blossoms
March – June
The “Roots and Blossoms” Workshop is a celebration of spring and summer, inspired by the season’s energy of growth, renewal, and hope for new beginnings. This workshop invites families to connect, create, and reflect on the beauty of transformation. Together, we’ll engage in making a vibrant flower mobile, listen to inspiring storytelling, sing uplifting songs, and participate in family yoga to nurture both body and mind. It’s a joyful experience designed to remind us of the strength of our roots and the beauty of blossoming into something new.

This workshop encourages self-expression, inviting children to celebrate what makes them truly one of a kind.
Heart to Hands
A Parent-Child Connection Experience
The Heart to Hands workshop is a special experience designed to bring parents and children closer through the power of touch, sound, and mindfulness. In this fun and relaxing workshop, you’ll learn gentle massage techniques that are easy, safe, and enjoyable for children and they will learn a fun yet gentle way to massage their parents and together we will engage in a short sound therapy session. It’s the perfect opportunity to bond with your child no matter their age, enjoy quality time, and take home simple practices to keep the connection growing. Ages 6+
